The day will be devoted to two resources important to every librarian: the Internet and good books. Representatives from Common Sense Media and Yahoo will present information and strategies for educating students and their adult mentors about digital literacy and citizenship and Internet safety to help them become safe, smart, and ethical media consumers and creators. Sue Campbell, former school librarian and current consultant, will follow - wowing us with her suggestions. She is an inspirational speaker guaranteed to make you want to read every book she mentions.
