Assistant Heads, Division Heads, Department Chairs and anyone who has a middle level administration position are invited to a two and half day retreat where we will discuss topics like: examining your role as a middle level leader, addressing your challenges and conflicts, consult with peers on your own specific initiative or project, engage in interactive activities and network and share resources with colleagues doing similar work. •
