LEADING FROM THE MIDDLE
A LEADERSHIP RETREAT FOR ASSISTANT HEADS, DIVISION HEADS, DEPARTMENT HEADS, AND DEANS

The way to learn is by leading; the way to lead is by learning.
-Roland Barth in Learning by Heart

Are you an administrator who seeks more information about leading a 21st century school? Do you want to network with CAIS colleagues from around the state?

For two and a half days you can:

expand your professional toolbox
explore personal and professional goals
engage with other leaders around the challenges of leadership
create an action plan centered on a new project or initiative
add to your network of peers

Set at the beautiful Smoke Tree Ranch in Palm Springs, you will eat wonderful food, meet new colleagues, take a hot tub or a swim, or go for a walk, while adding to your experience and knowledge.
