About Our School

Spanning grades TK-6, Adat Ari El Labowe Family Day School is located in Valley Village, CA. Seeking in an Applicant

We are looking for a teacher who loves children, who is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment in which children are encouraged to explore and grow, and who can be open and collaborative. Basic duties will include implementing 1st grade curricular programs; working with administration to design and implement rich, design thinking experiences for students; working with our student support team to ensure the success of each child in your class.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.

Experience
- Bachelorís Degree
- Valid Elementary Multi-Subject Teaching Credential
- Masterís Degree in Education (preferred)
- Prior experience in a first grade classroom
- Minimum of two years experience as a lead teacher
- Basic understanding of Jewish culture and traditions (preferred)
- Understanding of and experience participating in/implementing Design Thinking or Project Based Learning (preferred)
