The International School of the Peninsula seeks a full-time HR Manger. The HR Manager must be a thoughtful leader who is capable of both high-level strategic thinking as well as the detailed day-to-day work of human resources. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the HR Manager will lead the School in employee relations and oversee benefits administration.

Essential Functions:
• Benefits, Wellness and Leave Management
• Onboarding & offboarding employees
• Employee Relations
• Ensures all HR policies, procedures & programs are in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
• Manages J-1 VISA processes and reporting for international employees
• Coordinates and tracks all mandated employee training,

• Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of 8 years of increasingly responsible human resources experience in a generalist and manager capacity.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with people at all levels in the organization.
• A passion for working in an educational environment.
• Working knowledge of human resource principles, procedures, and practices.
• Ability to deal effectively with multiple priorities, functions, and activities.
• Comfortable working with a wide variety of constituents as a relationship-builder.
