CAIS-LCW Legal Webinar: Managing Employee Conflict, Mediation and Investigations

Tension and conflict between employees can be disruptive, cause multiple workplace problems, and
prove challenging for the School’s administrative team working to maintain civility while managing
employees with combative or different communication styles and other differences that trigger conflict.
This session provides key strategies designed to increase civility and constructively manage conflict. It
also addresses where an investigation may be needed to determine if the behavior arising from the conflict
violates school policies or workplace standards of conduct and the essential steps of an investigation.
