A professional learning opportunity for heads of school in their first few years of headship, consisting of roundtable presentations and discussions.
Cost: $350 – Registration for the 2021-2022 New Head Roundtable is all inclusive and covers the cost of all six sessions. Individual sessions may not be prorated.
PROGRAM Sessions will focus on independent school governance, finance, fundraising, and trends, and will feature presentations by experts in each field and interaction amongst the new heads. Participants will be invited to pose questions and dilemmas that they are facing in the area under discussion. CAIS Executive Director Dr. Deborah Dowling, retired heads of school, and industry leaders will facilitate these discussions.
NB: All live sessions will be held on Wednesdays via Zoom Meeting. Recordings will be available to registered participants only.
