We seek to hire a highly qualified individual for a full-time position teaching Visual Arts at our Upper School. This position starts in August for the 2019-2020 school year.

Qualifications:
• Must be a practicing artist.
• Must be versatile in working with all forms of 3D art including but not limited to materials such as stone, bronze, wood, clay, wax and mixed media. Must also be capable of mold making in order to pour the original object in wax or plaster.
• Must have extensive knowledge and understanding of the history of art.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher; MFA preferred.
• Familiarity with digital tools as it relates to one’s area of art expertise.

Position Summary:
To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
