Deborah works with the CAIS team and the Board of Directors to develop and follow through on CAIS strategic goals. She is actively involved in CAIS' accreditation and professional development programs, talking directly with heads and trustees to support member schools.

Jeanne performs a wide variety of administrative tasks associated with the Executive Director's job responsibilities. She acts as Board coordinator by facilitating communication between the Executive Director and the Board, organizing and distributing Board materials, scheduling meetings, and logistics. She also assists with meetings and correspondence for the Boards of Standards.

Kim is responsible for all aspects of financial operations and human resources for CAIS. Contact Kim regarding billing matters or dues.

As the Events Manager, Lorena is responsible for the logistics, organization, and production of CAIS events. Contact Lorena with any questions about event registration.

As Director of Accreditation, Mariana recruits, trains, supports, and guides team members and chairs conducting accreditation visits to member schools. She reviews and analyzes accreditation reports, as well as applications for CAIS provisional membership, and responds to all formal complaints.

Michael manages and provides technical support of CAIS technology systems and applications, including the accreditation portal, website and databases. He also coordinates technical production services for CAIS events.

Teal shepherds all schools interested in membership from their initial contact with CAIS through the application process. She also works with schools in need of additional support. As a designer of the CAIS Accreditation Portal, she collaborates with the Technology Manager to support and manage the growth of the Portal and conducts trainings on the Portal's use.
